There is constant progression not only in city, but also in life in rural area. Although our memories bring us the landscape image as a romantic scene where we long our beautiful memories of childhood or dream to escape into the wild, the traces of industrialization can easily be found in rural life very much in the core of it. The constant development due to economic reasons has a deep effect in landscape as well and the architecture is indeed an embedded part of it.

The concept of the new bakery, restaurant and workshop facilities have been decided with this attitude as it can be part of the hilly landscape of Goricko. The curvy Freeform of the buildings with various heights and organic materials such as rammed earth and slate tiles roof has been thought as part of the landscape, not separated from it, but embedded into it. The typology of bakery also has been integrated to this ensemble as chimneys to set a reference for the visitors.
The Freeform of the ensemble has been chosen intentionally irrational to leave the architecture open, so that it triggers the imagination of the visitors. The irrationality of the form lets people engage with the architecture not only physically but also emotionally. The expression of the three references industrial bakery, landscape and irrationalism of the form has been melted in one pot, so that the architecture stays open and the visitors complete the architecture.
